Yummy Omelet |
Baked Omelet

Ingredients (4 servings)
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup of milk
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- Various toppings
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450 F. Lightly grease a 9x13 baking pan.
- Combine eggs, milk, flour, salt, and pepper; process until smooth. Pour into prepared baking pan.
- Bake until set, about 20 minutes.
- Add various toppings, and leave in warm oven until cheese melts.
- Carefully loosen edges of omelet from pan. Roll and then cut into servings. Cook and I found it best to roll the longer side up.
